The Faith21 Lembongan Surf Team Championships just finished in over head high waves on the Indonesian island of Nusa Lembongan. The event was a pure success: 40 groms and newcomers between 10 and 26 years battled in perfect surf at Shipwrecks in world class waves. What´s so special about it? Most groms on Nusa Lembongan are unsponsored but surfing on an extreme high level. Only 4 kids are supported by the industry as finding sponsors in Indonesia is hard if you don´t live on Bali. This event is created to support those kids and give them the chance to turn heads and earn some money to compete in contest allover Indonesia. Stay tuned for more info, pics and footage!
